Customer Experience Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Customer Support Service professional, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via telephone, email, and web to provide technical support and problem-solving expertise.
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues and complaints, analyzing problems and developing effective resolution plans.
You will contribute to our helpdesk knowledge base by identifying resolution gaps and authoring submissions, evaluating new services, processes, and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
To succeed in this position, you must possess basic PC skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Finnish and English.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-focused, and customer-oriented, with a willingness to work in shifts (7x24, 40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, and web to provide technical support and problem-solving expertise.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues and complaints.
- Analyze customer problems and develop effective resolution plans.

Requirements:
