Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer & Partner Experience Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer & partner inquiries, providing product and service information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience. The role also involves driving customer & partner satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Actual residence in Valencia area, Spain
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience with Customer Journeys
- CX experience in the IT sector and dealing with IT partners/distributors
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (a plus)
- Experience with BPM and CRM software (a plus)
