About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Video Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan, create, execute, monitor, and optimize video marketing campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of video marketing solutions, incrementality measurement methodologies, and creative best practices in the industry.
  • Periodically analyze, make sense of, and report campaign metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Work closely with creative partners to establish end-to-end processes and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Partner with Amazon marketing teams to surface synergies, share learnings of the program, and design joint campaigns.
  • Partner with Tech and Business Intelligence Teams to provide inputs, insights, data, and knowledge to inform marketing strategies.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
  • Continuously learn about the main aspects that drive innovation in the video marketing space, including new video marketing solutions and creative best practices.
  • Document, apply, and share these learnings with partner marketing teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or consulting.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis and related tools.
  • Interest and willingness to learn the quantitative and technical aspects of digital marketing.
  • Confident working closely with a wide range of partners, including technical (BI/Data Science) and non-technical (marketing and creative).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A track record of delivering growth and optimization across key metrics.
  • Proven relevant work experience in digital paid marketing, and/or display, social and search marketing or consulting.
  • Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably with publishers such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google, etc.
  • Proficiency in another European language (Italian, Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
