About the Role:

  • Manage the warranty process, including warranty claims, start-ups, and modification campaigns.
  • Oversee the technical assistance of the dealer network and key accounts, ensuring they have the necessary machines, diagnostic tools, and technical support.
  • Develop and implement technical and service training programs to enhance the skills of the dealer network.
  • Visit dealers and key accounts to evaluate, support, and develop their business, as well as resolve end-user disputes and improve relationships between dealers and key accounts.
  • Analyze and prioritize technical assistance requests to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Promote and sell service offerings, such as warranty extensions, telematics, and all-inclusive services.
  • Participate in events, such as exhibitions, open days, and sales and service days, to showcase Manitou's products and services.
  • Identify and propose improvements to make the organization more efficient and easier to work with.

Your Profile:

  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Engineering degree or high school diploma in a technical field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Working knowledge of machine systems, including engines, hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible, dynamic, and proactive approach to work.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license.
