We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic team at Jumbo Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Design and implement development initiatives to drive business growth
  • Lead business optimization initiatives to improve staff utilization and interdepartmental cooperation
  • Contribute to the restructuring of departments to align activities with business objectives
  • Measure the impact of interventions on staff performance and the efficiency of changes and actions taken by the organization
  • Advise and recommend efficient and profitable solutions for identified challenges
  • Document processes and present progress reports to executives and senior managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development, change management, process optimization, and capability development strategies
  • Advanced command of office and administration software
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and intrapreneurial mindset
  • Good level of English and Spanish is required. French would also be a plus.
