About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by optimizing their business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
  • Map business processes and solution requirements to drive business value
  • Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
  • Design and configure solutions for specific business needs, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards
  • Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
  • Support other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies, or project de-escalation
  • Support partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
  • Introduce SAP and industry-leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
  • Deliver solution training to customer team members
  • Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services
  • Understand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and deliver according to service specification
  • Support solution testing and issue resolution
Requirements
  • University degree in economic or engineering sciences, e.g., computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent work experience
  • Up to 3 years of functional experience
  • Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB-specific business processes
  • Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Suite
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish language
