Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing testing programs, preparing proposals and test samples, and supervising the development of new products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
• Define and manage testing programs, including determining objectives, types of measurements, and required equipment.
• Prepare proposals, test samples, and production procedures to improve new products.
• Supervise the development of new products, ensuring quality and meeting customer requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on materials and make necessary corrections in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes.
• Formulate, apply, and control research and development programs in the laboratory.
• Examine and evaluate laboratory results and conclusions.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, test scope, and presentation of final results.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, materials science, engineering).
• Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a research and development role.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.
