We're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our innovative team in Málaga or Granada, Spain. As a key member of our Nordic organization, you'll play a vital role in helping employers from Sweden and other European countries with their Nordic payroll needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Master the entire Nordic payroll process from start to finish.
- Actively influence and improve both our own and our customers' daily operations.
- Help shape tomorrow's payroll services using cutting-edge technology.
- Participate in onboarding new customers and contributing to our service growth.
Your Ideal Profile:
- You have at least two to three years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes.
- You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.
- Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
- You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels.
- You're fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus).
- You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.
- You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- You're adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the challenges faced by growing businesses.
