Job Title: Regulatory Research Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Research Associate to join our team at Datamaran. As a key member of our Regulatory team, you will play a critical role in supporting our critical functions, including regulatory research, analysis, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regulatory research and analysis on national and international regulations, EU Directives, reporting frameworks, guidelines, and industry initiatives ESG related.
  • Lead on USA-related research projects where coverage of policy initiatives is low or needs expansion, including assessing the need for further expansion of policy sources and policy-makers currently tracked.
  • Perform regulatory analysis & data entry process (assisted by AI) and undertake quality checks of data entry & analyses carried out by other members of the team.
  • Support critical functions of the team, including data quality projects under the direction of Datamaran's Regulatory Data Associate and ontology-related projects.
Requirements:
  • Research and data analysis skills, with a strong understanding of hard laws and soft norms.
  • Familiarity with legal databases and diverse legal systems.
  • Advanced English writing skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and innovative mindset.
