Network Security Engineer: Spanish Language Expert

About the Role:
As a Network Security Engineer at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support services to our partners and customers in the EMEA region.
This position requires close collaboration with our Line 1 Service Desk and other delivery teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement service requests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert-level technical support for network security-related issues
- Managing and maintaining the Network Operating Centre (NOC) to ensure security and availability
- Coaching and guiding 1st Level Service Desk agents to improve their technical skills
- Escalating complex issues to next-level support and vendors when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written communication)
- 3 years of experience in network security engineering
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting firewall technologies
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE, or equivalent vendor/industry certification
- Nice to have: knowledge of Palo Alto products
