Network Security Engineer: Spanish Speaker

As a Network Security Engineer at Td Synnex Uk Limited, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to our partners and customers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 2nd level technical support and services to resolve partner and end-user incidents across our managed and support services.
- Install, uninstall, troubleshoot, data recovery, and maintain applications, products, and equipment.
- Coach and guide 1st Level Service Desk agents to ensure seamless incident resolution.
- Escalate incidents to next level and vendor support when the solution is unknown.
- Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC) to ensure security and availability are maintained, customer environments are accurately monitored, and Service Desk tools remain functional.
- Spanish Speaking (Fluent or native)
- English B2/C1 (verbal and written communication)
- 3 years' experience of working as a Network Security Engineer
- Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies
- One or more of the following industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE or equivalent vendor/industry certification
- Knowledge in Palo Alto Products
- Td Synnex will fund the training to PCNSE accreditation
