IT Technology Platforms Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technology Platforms Manager to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute the IT Technology Platform strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Infrastructure and Operations Technology Design and Implementation: Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
- Innovation and Technology Advancement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's IT infrastructure and services.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Service Delivery and global IT Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management and Partnerships: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service level agreements.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data assets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications.
