Job Title: Cyber Underwriter

Join Chubb as a Cyber Underwriter and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. As a Cyber Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting Cyber and Infotech new business and complex renewals, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible coverage while maintaining our underwriting integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite Cyber & Infotech new business and complex renewals according to defined underwriting guidelines, specified budget, and local business plan.
  • Define and build an underwriting strategy, forecast, and portfolio management to achieve underwriting profitability.
  • Prioritize and develop products within Cyber Line to improve client retention and new business.
  • Represent and promote Chubb to brokers, increasing Chubb market visibility.
  • Maximize cross-selling in collaboration with other lines of business.
Requirements:
  • University degree in IT or Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Spanish native or bilingual.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Min 4/5 years of working experience in market Insurance, in underwriting and sales with recognized knowledge of industry procedures and practices.
  • Experience working in a multinational company.
  • Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the Cyber product and the Spanish insurance market.
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills.
  • Client-oriented and business-focused.
