Join Our Mission

We're seeking a talented Test Tool Developer to join our Global Test Team in COG Nacelle. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing new test equipment for our New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and New Plant Factories (NPP projects). Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality standards for our products and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new test equipment, coordinating with our engineer department and subcontractors
  • Program test sequences and reports in special designed software
  • Coordinate changes in test equipment and test procedures
  • Troubleshoot existing test equipment (software and hardware)
  • Maintain test specifications, test equipment, and test procedures
  • Design and validate test equipment according to local EHS standards and legal requirements
  • Coordinate implementation of test equipment
  • Support Procurement with supplier selection and technical reviewing
  • Analyze test data for optimization and preventive maintenance
Requirements
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change
  • Background as an Engineer, Marine Engineer, or similar, combined with experience in developing production equipment (software/hardware)
  • Extensive electronic/mechanical understanding and good understanding of hydraulic, gear, and cooling systems
  • Experience with LabVIEW and national instruments products would be an advantage
  • Proficient user of MS-office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access database, and SAP
  • Energetic, result-oriented, and structured approach to work
  • Team player with international experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
