Job Description
We're seeking a seasoned CRM Manager to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. As a key player in our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Your expertise will help us personalize user experiences, increase engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities.

About You
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in formulating and managing lifecycle campaigns in the mobile gaming industry. Your background in CRM software and platforms, such as Iterable or Braze, is essential for this role. Additionally, your ability to analyze data, gather insights, and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial in driving business results. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, including email, in-app, and push notifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, art, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Analyze data, gather insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
