About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product development and quality strategy, driving timely and quality delivery, and ensuring product integrity and transparency with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, incorporating market research and customer feedback.
  2. Product Prioritization: Prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to create detailed and precise task definitions.
  4. Product Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain product quality standards, ensuring multi-functional teamwork and effective communication.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Respond to and resolve technical and business-related questions from stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Product Delivery Expertise: Proven experience in product delivery and roadmap prioritization techniques.
  2. Transformation Leadership: Strong product mindset and transformation leadership skills.
  3. Technical Product Experience: Experience working with technical products and agile methodologies.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, customers, developers, and designers.
  5. Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
