Funciones del Puesto- Diseño y Desarrollo de Algoritmos: Liderarás el diseño y desarrollo de algoritmos y modelos de aprendizaje automático avanzados para el proyecto EXPERT-BRAIN, asegurando su efectividad y escalabilidad.
- Colaboración con Equipo: Colaborarás estrechamente con investigadores de IA, arquitectos de IA, ingenieros y otros profesionales del equipo para garantizar una integración efectiva de los componentes de IA en el producto.
- Análisis de Datos: Realizarás análisis de datos exploratorios y avanzados, utilizando técnicas estadísticas y de aprendizaje automático para identificar patrones y relaciones significativas en grandes conjuntos de datos.
- Mentoría y Desarrollo de Equipo: Supervisarás y guiarás a los Data Scientists junior en el equipo, proporcionando mentoría y apoyo en el desarrollo de sus habilidades y conocimientos.
- Comunicación de Resultados: Comunicarás resultados y hallazgos a partes interesadas técnicas y no técnicas, utilizando visualizaciones de datos y técnicas de narración de datos efectivas.
- Mantenimiento de Conocimientos: Mantendrás actualizado en las últimas tendencias y avances en el campo de la inteligencia artificial, aprendizaje automático y ciencia de datos, y aplicarás estos conocimientos en el proyecto EXPERT-BRAIN.
- Título Académico: Título avanzado en Ciencias de la Computación, Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Inteligencia Artificial o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia Laboral: Experiencia previa en un rol de Data Scientist, preferiblemente en proyectos de inteligencia artificial, aprendizaje automático o procesamiento del lenguaje natural.
- Habilidades Técnicas: Sólidas habilidades de programación en Python, R u otro lenguaje relevante, y experiencia con bibliotecas y herramientas de aprendizaje automático y análisis de datos, como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Conocimientos y Habilidades: Profundo conocimiento de los conceptos de aprendizaje automático, estadísticas y análisis de datos, y excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, en (idioma/s).
- Liderazgo y Trabajo en Equipo: Capacidad para liderar y trabajar en equipo, adaptándose a un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.
