Job Title: Underground Water Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Water Modelling Specialist to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our ground and tunnelling engineering team, you will be responsible for addressing groundwater-related challenges and developing technical solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with international and multi-cultural teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement groundwater modelling and remediation strategies for complex sites.
  • Conduct statistical analysis of hydrogeologic data and design well-field systems.
  • Utilize advanced software tools, including MODFLOW, FEFLOW, and PEST, to model groundwater flow and solute transport.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and remedial action plans for clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrogeology and groundwater modelling.
  • Proven track record of working on ground and mining engineering designs.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in groundwater modelling and remediation.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Mining/Geological Engineering from a recognized University.
