Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Water Conservation Specialist to join our team. As a Water Conservation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our customers reduce their water footprint and achieve their sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessments and Audits
Conduct comprehensive assessments and audits of our customers' water usage to identify areas for improvement and develop customized water conservation plans.
Water Efficiency SolutionsWork with our customers to implement water-efficient solutions, including the installation of water-saving technologies and the development of water-saving practices.
Stakeholder EngagementEngage with our customers' stakeholders, including facility managers, operations teams, and sustainability leaders, to educate them on the importance of water conservation and the benefits of our water conservation solutions.
Project ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with our customers and stakeholders.
Continuous ImprovementStay up-to-date with the latest water conservation technologies and best practices, and continuously improve our water conservation solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in water conservation or a related field.
Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge of water conservation principles and practices, including water efficiency technologies and best management practices.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving and Analytical SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Travel RequirementsAbility to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
