Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled European Services Growth Leader to coordinate, develop, and ensure responsibility for the growth of the Services business in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement New Services Offerings: Define and implement new services offerings and customer approaches in line with the company's strategy and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Resource Allocation: Ensure the necessary resources are put in place to support the growth of the Services business.
  3. Services Solutions Development: Identify and propose new Services solutions for Europe, aligned with the company's strategy and customer needs.
  4. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with Sales Managers, Regional Directors, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and development.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor performance indicators to track the development of service offerings.
  6. Regional Team Management: Manage and provide cross-functional leadership for the regional Services teams to ensure the region's growth.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Promote and participate in the continuous improvement process and the sharing of best practices.
  8. Tool Development: Support the development of adequate tools to support the growth of the Services business.
  9. Services Offering Management: Define and document management related to services offering, case studies, new services developments.

Particular Focus on Mobile Water and VWTS Assets Business:

  1. Development and Commercial Strategy: Define the development and commercial strategy for the mobile water and VWTS assets business.
  2. Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competition to inform pricing, offering, and fleet requirements.
  3. Marketing and Customer Development: Implement marketing tools and techniques to develop a broader customer base and evolve customer needs.
  4. Customer Engagement: Set dedicated KPIs, monitor, and analyze performance to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Operational Oversight: Oversee operational aspects of technology delivery, including lead times, quality, logistics, and technical expertise.
  6. Technical Expertise: Provide Technical Subject Matter Expertise to support customer needs and drive business growth.
  7. Technology Selection: Support in-country teams on the selection of adequate technology to meet customer needs.
  8. Customer Guidance: Provide guidance and expertise to customers on the selection and implementation of Veolia proprietary technology.

Reporting and Leadership:

You will be a member of the Executive Committee (Execom) and participate in defining our European strategy, reporting directly to the Vice President ES Services Europe. Along the way, you will work closely with support functions such as QHSE, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Purchasing, and COE to achieve business objectives.
