Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for consistently delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and serve beverages to the highest standard, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits;
  • To interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, ensuring they feel valued and special;
  • To maintain accountability for personal and financial responsibilities;
  • To control bar costs and minimize waste;
  • To maintain a clean and organized bar area;
  • To support colleagues and Managers as needed;
  • To stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and preparation techniques;
  • To be proactive in assisting colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of the bar.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an upscale setting;
  • Previous bartender experience;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities;
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Able to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a small team and independently;
  • Able to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €25,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as discounted hotel rooms and food and beverage rates at our sister properties worldwide.
