Mixology Expert

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the beverage industry and excellent interpersonal skills. Our bartenders consistently exceed guest expectations by providing friendly, engaging service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Offering professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Exceeding guest expectations by anticipating their needs.
• Preparing beverages up to and including basic cocktails.
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of menu items and food preparation techniques.
• Supporting managers and working cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a small team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in an upscale setting.
• Previous bartender experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
