The OpportunityThis role is part of our Nutrition division, where we develop science-based nutrition products for people of all ages. As the Digital and E-commerce Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our e-commerce sales channel and its clients. This includes sales forecasting, planning promotional activities, and optimizing content to maximize sales and improve media performance.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop commercial relationships with key customers.
- Evaluate customer needs, market conditions, and competitor data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement a long-term e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth.
- Design and execute digital performance strategies to drive online traffic and conversion.
- Plan and manage e-commerce and media activations, including budgetary control.
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of e-commerce digital assets.
- Communicate key performance indicators and insights to upper management to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Abbott remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales management or leading performance campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience with market research and financial management.
- Master's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
- Experience in the FMCG or OTC industry.
