**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review financial information and complex investments to gather data for an outside CPA firm to prepare tax returns.
  • Review returns for accuracy before filing.
  • Develop and implement tax planning and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with sophisticated investments and their tax implications.

**Requirements**

  • CPA certification.
  • 8+ years' recent tax experience in a large CPA firm, manager level or higher.
  • Experience with a variety of other taxes, including C-corp, estate, individual, gift, and foundations.
  • Experience with complex investments is preferred.
