Job Description

Ge Vernova is seeking a highly skilled Production and Lean Manufacturing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving safety, customer responsiveness, lead time reduction, quality improvement, and cost reductions in our Repair Shop in Andoain, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a customer-based improvement strategy to drive business objectives
  • Lead the implementation of Lean methodologies to optimize production processes
  • Manage inventory to optimize cash flow and ensure adequate quantities
  • Ensure clear communication of key priorities to employees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
  • Coach and develop employees to support their performance development
  • Lead the shop to achieve goals in asset utilization and process improvement
Requirements
  • Engineering bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Project management experience/qualifications
  • Inclusive leadership & communication skills
  • Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methods
