Position: Manager – Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting for Decommissioning and Decontamination Projects (D&D)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary expert for financial closing, budgeting, cost accounting, analysis, and financial reporting within the D&D Solutions business segment.
  • Conduct project cost evaluations, ensuring reliable project estimates to facilitate sustainable forecasting and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the complete P&L and balance sheet, emphasizing cash flow management, timely cash collection, and stringent cash out monitoring.
  • Lead the comprehensive company-wide integrated 5-year business planning initiative for D&D, collaborating with operations and finance teams.
  • Manage the analysis, reporting, and forecasting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outcomes at the global D&D level. Provide strategic insights to the D&D leadership team regarding financial performance and trends.
  • Possess the capability to analyze intricate, multi-country/currency projects.
  • Propose, analyze, and support proactive business derisking strategies such as divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Continuously improve the standardized monthly reporting process across the D&D segment to assist operational management.
  • Offer guidance and support for accounting tasks related to the closing and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and advising management on potential risks.
  • Support corporate internal and external financial reporting and analytics.
  • Supervise and evaluate D&D cost center budgets, including the review and approval of labor clearance rates.
  • Oversee D&D capital expenditures, including forecasting, annual budgeting, and approval processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and develop training programs for assigned analysts to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; an MBA or Master's in Accounting is advantageous.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience, with a blend of public accounting and large multinational exposure preferred. Experience as a Controller in a multinational profit and loss organization is a plus. CPA and/or MBA Preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of collaboration across international regions and cultures.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information at all organizational levels.
  • Strong empathy in a multicultural setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt, remain flexible, and thrive in a complex global environment while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly with advanced Excel skills.
