Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
The role of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is crucial in finding, attracting, and hiring top talent for various senior global roles. This position requires a Recruiter who loves variety, problem-solving, and working with partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior global roles, collaborating with global and regional collaborators to develop and implement attraction strategies aligned with the employer value proposition (EVP).
- Work on various Talent Acquisition projects related to the Centre of Excellence plan, including process improvements, training delivery, and technology integration into hiring processes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Recruiting and Onboarding, supporting colleagues with recruiting challenges by understanding regional nuances.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, especially recruiting for senior roles in complex, globally matrixed companies.
- Experience working with Executive Search firms, managing processes, and understanding commercial aspects like contracts.
- A genuine interest and experience in DEI initiatives within Talent Acquisition, including developing inclusive hiring practices.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with partners at all levels worldwide.
