We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Centre of Excellence. This role is ideal for a seasoned Recruiter who thrives in variety, problem-solving, and collaboration with global partners.
Responsibilities
We need someone who can manage end-to-end recruitment for senior global roles, assist collaborators in developing attraction strategies, and work on various talent acquisition projects relating to our Centre of Excellence plan.
- Manage the full recruitment process for senior global positions
- Collaborate with global teams to design and implement recruitment attraction plans
- Work on diverse talent acquisition initiatives, including process improvement, training development, and technology implementation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting for senior roles, ideally in a complex globally matrixed company
- Experience working with Executive Search companies and commercial understanding
- A genuine interest and experience in DEI in Talent Acquisition, including inclusive hiring practices
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with partners at all levels
