About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Specialist to join our team at Spark Foundry. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving the success of our paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Strategy
    • Develop and execute comprehensive search engine marketing strategies to achieve client objectives
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to inform campaign planning
    • Estimate and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal ROI
  • Campaign Activation and Management
    • Create and manage Google Ads accounts, including campaign setup and budget allocation
    • Develop and implement ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to optimize campaign performance
    • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Optimization and Reporting
    • Continuously analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
    • Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in search engine marketing
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
