We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer Trainees to join our team at Mondelez International. As an Industrial Engineer Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Industrial Engineer Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:
- Process Improvement: Engage in daily management system meetings to lead plans for loss analysis and loss eradication. Coach and lead core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions using Lean problem-solving tools.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in daily meetings in production lines, analyze complaints, and participate in RCA (Root cause analysis) and coordination of the action plan to prevent recurrence of consumer and customer complaints.
- Maintenance and Spare Parts: Improve and manage the spare parts of the plant, following the guidelines set by the company and the maintenance manager. Redefine and digitize the spare parts management process, manage and control of the different warehouses located in the plant, and receive and manage the plant's spare parts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 4-year University Degree (Engineering degree)
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
