About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented Industrial Engineer Trainees to join our team at Mondelēz International. As an Industrial Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Maintenance and Spare Parts Analyst, you will be responsible for improving and managing the spare parts of the plant, following the guidelines set by the company and the maintenance manager.
  • As a Process Engineer, you will engage in Daily Management System Meetings to lead plans for loss analysis and loss eradication, coach and lead core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions using Lean problem-solving tools, and address and guide to resolve technical issues in the line.
  • As a Quality Technician, you will participate in Daily meetings in production lines, analyze complaints, participate in RCA (Root cause analysis) and coordinate the action plant to prevent recurrence of consumer and costumer complaints, develop training modules to strengthen the operator's skills, and own Rapid methods technology and train operators.
Requirements
  • 4 years University Degree (Engineering degree)
  • Fluent English language skills
