Senior Environmental Consultant

Erm Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Capital Project Delivery team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing environmental projects, ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage environmental projects, including Prefeasibility and Environmental & Social Impact Assessment studies, permitting studies, and EDD.
  • Manage environmental critical aspects to ensure compliance with all applicable Spanish regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality results and establish strong working relationships.
  • Support in managing or coordinating small size projects or whole elements of larger multidisciplinary or global projects.
Requirements:
  • A master degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
  • Experience as a project manager and generating revenues.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with International Standard (IFC, EBRD, etc.).
  • Experience with emerging energy systems (hydrogen, offshore wind, battery storage, floating solar) will be considered a plus.
