We are seeking a skilled Researcher to join our team at Terry Soot MG, specializing in the Automotive industry and GIS expertise.
**Job Summary:**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, with a focus on the Automotive industry, and experience working with GIS data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research on trends in the Automotive industry, including speed limits, ADAS speed limits, signs, road types, and more.
- Collaborate with our internal policy team to develop policies for countries.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop country-specific metrics for quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for country-related queries from internal teams.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of three to four years of research experience, with a focus on the Automotive industry, multimodal transport, roads planning, or highways planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of market research methodologies.
- Strong local knowledge and ability to handle research across 5-6 countries within EMEA.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and locations.
- Flexibility to prioritize high-priority tasks and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Additional language proficiency relevant to the allocated countries within EMEA is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports and presentations.
