About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Consulting Services Expert to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Global Consulting Services team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on ADP products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting clients to become independent in the utilization of ADP products or specific payroll subjects.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on various topics, as per engagement agreements.
  • Document processes and knowledge gaps, and support with data gathering activities.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to provide requested data in the format expected by ADP.
  • Collaborate with the ADP team throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase, and provide any assistance required.
  • Support clients through the User Acceptance Test, Parallel Test, and Go-Live phases, including writing testing scenarios and validating testing results.
  • Ensure all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule.
  • Facilitate Process Improvement workshops, advising clients on potential follow-up actions and documenting them into outcome reports.

Requirements

  • Expertise in one of the following areas: HCM Implementation projects, Project management applied to HR or payroll processes, Consulting skills for payroll, or EMEA country Payroll expertise.
  • Good functional knowledge of at least one ADP product, such as GlobalView, Celergo/Streamline, eTime, or Workforce Manager.
  • Ability to work on different types of missions with various clients, and a passion for supporting, helping, and sharing expertise to make clients successful.
  • Desirable qualifications include experience with other SAP HCM systems, PMO certification, or a college degree.
