About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of our global marketing team, driving digital marketing strategies across our product portfolio. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing influencer and performance digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery to local markets.

You'll have the autonomy to make a significant impact on our organization, shaping the future of Galderma's digital presence and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brief and coordinate with creative agencies and external partners to produce engaging content for digital communications and influencer campaigns.
  • Produce captivating written and visual content for various digital platforms, including website articles, email marketing, blogs, forums, and social media channels.
  • Monitor digital content coordination and collaborate closely with the creative agencies and marketing brand team to deliver high-quality visuals and content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the management of global brand campaigns, digital marketing, and social media initiatives, engaging with our brand community across multiple digital platforms.
  • Help develop a consistent brand tone of voice and ensure visual consistency across all digital channels.

Your Background
  • A professional degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, technology, consumer goods, or agency environments, preferably with cross-functional expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas effectively to senior leaders.
  • Creative vision and branding understanding, with the ability to translate digital channels and market data into actionable strategies.
  • Comprehensive analytical and strategic thinking skills, demonstrated through your ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
