About the Role:

The Pricing & Tender Intern will support the Iberia Pricing & Tender Department in managing pricing and preparing and submitting offers and tenders in both public and private sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to the Tender Office to support the preparation and submission of quotes, tender awards, and contracts.
  • Monitor public sources for new tender calls.
  • Interact with the Sales Team to understand strategy, company solutions, and services being proposed.
  • Manage archive storage activities.
  • Attend to customer requests (internal and external).
  • Conduct pricing activities, including reviewing price approvals, price books, list prices, and customer price updates in SAP.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to ensure high-quality and commercial agreements are produced and submitted by required deadlines, in line with corporate objectives, procedures, and company policies.
  • Build an effective working relationship with people from other departments in the company.
  • Report activities to the P&T Supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks related to the Tender Office activity, depending on background and experience.

Requirements:

  • Background studies in Law, ADE, Economics, or similar.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Suite.
  • Customer Care orientation.
  • Fluent in Spanish (English and/or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with short deadlines.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
