Baxter Planning is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner II to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our customers by utilizing a combination of our supply chain planning software and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Partnership: Partner with dedicated customer accounts to create, communicate, and capture value.
- Supply Chain Objectives: Work with the Customer Success team to develop and achieve customer Supply Chain Objectives (SCO).
- Internal Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders to achieve success for customers.
- Issue Resolution: Improve ability to triage and rectify customer issues.
- Consulting Projects: Develop approach to consulting projects within the framework of our software.
- Change Management: Work with customers on change management.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor new customers on effective utilization of planning solutions based on best practices.
- Best Practices Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop new best practices and improve existing ones for delivering planning solutions.
- Supply Chain Experience: Minimum 3 years of prior supply chain management experience.
- Planning Software: Experience with planning software is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to influence/assist customer contacts.
- Teamwork: Capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams that are passionate about delivering value to customers.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Problem Solving: Creative problem solving and technical skills including strong intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Initiative: Strong initiative and success-driven attitude to continuously improve methods for supporting customers and optimizing supply chains.
