Key Responsibilities


• Act as the custodian of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators during the globalization reformulation initiative.

• Develop a comprehensive process for dual passport and STP exceptions for global actions in collaboration with regional teams.

• Oversee the supply chain scope for the BCP/SCR program in partnership with KGA, ensuring successful collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Coordinate with regional teams and stakeholders to drive essential actions that enhance Supply Network Optimization activities.

• Support the initiation of Kinaxis implementation.

• Provide necessary support and communication to regions regarding action follow-ups on the defined scope.


• Facilitate the transition from reactive to proactive management at the departmental level.

• Assist the department in establishing and analyzing KPIs for regular activities and optimization within Supply Network Optimization.

• Responsible for delivering information for the KGA Standard Operating Procedures at a global level for the New Product Introduction scope.

You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP/Kinaxis.

• A background in flavors or perfumery is preferred.

• Significant experience in planning within a fast-paced environment with a high volume of materials.

• Proven experience in process implementation and business continuity planning.

• Strong ability to collaborate within multinational and multicultural teams.

• Excellent communication skills, as this role will engage with senior management.

• Expertise in managing large databases.
