- Project Portfolio Management: Focus on creating project portfolios and solution roadmaps, based on a clear understanding of business requirements, technology drivers, and industry insights.
- BI Architectural Governance: Ensure that our Business Intelligence (BI) architectural governance is up-to-date, reviewing and approving all demands and changes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Innovation Scouting: Act as a scout for innovation, running Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and preparing cost-benefit evaluations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Technology Optimization: Optimize existing technologies for the digital age, focusing on stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness to ensure our ServiceNow platform remains agile and responsive.
- Technical Implementation: Provide technical leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Reusable Building Blocks: Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs into reusable building blocks, promoting efficiency and reducing duplication of effort.
- Technical Expertise: Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of industry trends.
- Design Authority: Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them, ensuring alignment with our technical vision and strategy.
- Documentation and Performance Monitoring: Develop Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents, and keep a check on instance performance, security, user interface, and propose improvements to enhance end-user experience.
