Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of European Service Campaign Management to join our team at Rohde & Schwarz Gmbh & Co. Kg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for steering and managing our European service campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination with our Service Sales and technical Service delivery teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective campaign planning and order management strategies to meet customer requirements and increase efficiency.
  • Lead a team of 2 coordinators, responsible for campaign planning and order management, and 15 functional reports across our European matrix organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and harmonize approaches to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and report suitable KPIs to drive improvements and innovations.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture across multiple locations and boundaries.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
  • Certification in PMP Project Management Professional or similar.
  • Proven experience in leading European teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of multicultural environments and technical knowledge of electronic measurement technology.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, strategic vision, and ability to take and enforce decisions.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
