Product Delivery Manager

The Social You team is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to join our operations team. With a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per annum, this role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development.
As a Product Delivery Manager at The Social You, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of new system deployments, identifying process improvements, and coordinating change management efforts. Your expertise in operations processes and software will enable you to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external software development teams.
In this role, you will project manage operational, training, and support requirements for new system deployments, analyze stakeholder workflows, and report potential improvements. Your ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of responsibilities, combined with your excellent written and verbal communication skills, will make you an asset to our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external software development teams to ensure smooth system deployment
- Project managing operational, training, and support requirements for new system deployments
- Analyzing stakeholder workflows and reporting potential improvements
- Project managing and coordinating change management efforts required for rollout of new developments and platforms
- Assessing feature requests for feasibility and value
- Creating plans for multiple release cycles and functional specifications
- Managing configurations for back office tools
- Completing user-acceptance testing of new developments and documenting release notes
- Investigating, documenting, and resolving post-development issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience as a product owner or 4+ years in an operations environment
- Excellent understanding of operations processes and software
- Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of responsibilities
- Educated to degree level in computer science or another technology-related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest and aptitude in defining business requirements
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
