We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital content team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining our organization's digital content range.
Your primary focus will be on developing and ensuring content quality through the end-to-end content creation process, including coordination of localization via our Production Hub.
You will work closely with various teams, including agencies and designers, to analyze and organize digital assets, including metadata, taxonomy, and tagging. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues related to asset management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
As a Global Digital Content Manager, you will engage with countries and other internal stakeholders to communicate updates on scope, execution plan, and timelines. You will also coordinate with production and medical teams on demand planning, content approval, and production.
We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in digital content management, including websites, and fluent English (oral and written) is required. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in coordinating digital content projects in a matrixed environment.
