Our company has developed its own collections based on workwear originals, aiming to continuously progress and evolve while maintaining its origins.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Carhartt WIP Store in Barcelona. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the overall store operations and performance
  • Meeting sales goals by training, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Implementing promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions to expected standards
  • Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and company visual merchandising standards
  • Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits, and other relevant data

**Requirements**

  • Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
  • Maintaining a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Visual merchandising and stock management experience
  • Excellent communication and 'people' skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Fluency in Spanish, good English skills
