Customer Service / Store Manager:
Customer Service / Store Manager is the person in charge of the Drive Me Barcelona commercial store, the decision maker and responsible for the supervision and correct execution of the processes during the working period

Duties:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Sales closing customer acquisition.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Assign staff tasks and monitor performance.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)..
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
  • Supervise the staff performance and execution of the operative and sales processes.
  • Additional store manager duties as needed.
  • Decision maker.

Schedule:

Depending on the store needs fixed turns of 40 hour week from 10:00 am until 22:00 at night from monday to sunday, depending on season.

For events this time may change depending on the timings and schedules set by the Ops Manager.

Not required Languages:

Spanish – Advanced Employment:
Full-time

Schedule:
Lunes a Domingo de 10 a 22 dependiendo de la temporada, 8 horas diaras
