Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Bilingual Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, particularly within the context of major ERP implementations, and will be instrumental in driving successful adoption and integration of SAP S/4HANA across the organization.

The Change Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines. This includes engaging with key stakeholders, designing and delivering clear communication plans, and overseeing the development and delivery of training programs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading change management efforts within large-scale transformation programs, particularly in ERP implementations such as SAP S/4HANA. They will also have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on business processes, with experience in facilitating its adoption across diverse business units.
