Talent_Brand is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in supply chain management and logistics.

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage and execute engineering projects from start to finish, focusing on full design and implementation initiatives for distribution sites and production centers. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, suppliers, and third-party companies, leading project execution, and providing guidance to teams of consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or logistics, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry. They should possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English, as well as strong problem-solving and project management skills.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge and expertise in warehouse automation, distribution center design, production logistics, tendering, implementation, and go-live.

They will be a team player with the ability to work in cross-functional and multinational teams, possessing advanced skills in MS Office suite, especially PowerBI, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
