Sobre el puesto:

La persona trabajará en su día a día de la mano a mano con los equipos de negocio de ride-hailing a nivel global para apoyar en la definición de la estrategia de crecimiento de la compañía en ese mercado, con reporte a la VP de Legal.

¿Cómo nos vas a ayudar a cumplir con nuestra misión?
  • Participar en el asesoramiento jurídico de las diferentes iniciativas estratégicas de negocio (Growth, Marketing, Customer Support, Sostenibilidad) y tecnología de la Compañía a fin de garantizar el crecimiento de la actividad de ridehailing en los distintos países en los que opera Cabify.
  • Preparar, revisar y modificar los contratos requeridos para el crecimiento y expansión de las actividades comerciales de la Compañía.
  • Apoiar a los equipos en Asuntos Regulatorios y Comunicación en cuestiones que puedan tener un impacto legal.
  • Analizar y resolver cuestiones de Derecho Civil, Derecho Laboral, Derecho Mercantil, Derecho de Propiedad Intelectual, Protección de Datos y Derecho de la Competencia que puedan surgir en el día a día de la Compañía.
  • Coordinar el trabajo de los equipos legales inhouse de los países en los que opera Cabify, así como el de los abogados externos contratados.
  • Llevar el control de gastos legales.
Requisitos del perfil:
  • Licenciatura en Derecho.
  • Experiencia previa mínima de 10-12 años, incluyendo el paso por despacho.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Profesional proactivo, orientado a la búsqueda de soluciones, buenas habilidades de comunicación, persuasión y negociación.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de redacción.
  • Que disfrute trabajando en equipos disciplinares y de distintos países.
  • Que sepa diseñar procesos y flujos de trabajo.
