**Job Summary**
As a Field Coach Trainer at Louis Vuitton Malletier, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing retail teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your mission is to translate and execute the corporate training strategy within your defined store(s), partnering with Store Managers to drive business growth and enhance clienteling skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance client advisors' skills and knowledge in clienteling, product training, and selling techniques.
- Coach and train retail teams to become ambassadors of the Brand culture, values, and products, with a focus on improving client experience.
- Partner with Store Managers to deliver training and coaching, and provide ongoing feedback on team performance and progress.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on client advisors, and support Store Managers in building individual coaching plans.
- Monitor and manage the quality and impact of in-store training, and identify potential training talent within the store.
- Manage the in-store Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all training is recorded and that Store Management is fully proficient in this tool.
- Facilitate on-boarding of new employees, ensuring a consistent and effective induction process.
**Requirements**
- Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective training plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail teams and Store Managers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry and the Louis Vuitton Malletier brand.
