About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at tesa. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Manage and implement sales projects and pipelines
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute the Key Account plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master level education
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales (preferably in Automotive and/or tapes industry)
  • Fluent Spanish and excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Portuguese can be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for building long-term partnerships
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek support when needed
