Job Title: Data Analyst Trainee

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Trainee to join our Digital Capabilities team in the Procurement Analytics and Digital Solutions group in Barcelona, Spain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data products to support business decision-making.
  • Design and build standardized reports and dashboards to provide critical insights.
  • Lead automation of processes and analyses to improve efficiency.
  • Train other teams in systems, tools, and processes owned by ADS.
  • Interface with IT to specify and implement improvements to our data pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Interest in analytical or business intelligence roles.
  • Experience with data visualization and presenting insights to key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Intermediate SQL skills, or willingness to learn.
  • Intermediate DAX skills, or willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing and building standard reports and dashboards.
  • History of managing and delivering projects, tasks, and initiatives.
  • Ability to create, implement, document, and continuously improve processes in a changing environment.
  • Training or experience in data science areas such as time series analysis, forecasting, classification, and regression analysis.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Python, R, SPSS, MATLAB, Stata, and SAS.
